Technical Support We find that almost all problems encountered with installing or using Tele-Prompt are ultimately due to computer or Windows configuration issues. Having purchased Tele-Prompt, you’ll be able to access the Members’ Area which, in addition to the e-mail and live chat facilities has the following support services to handle both software issues and general computer problems too:
Remote Support: Under this scheme, if your problem cannot be solved during the chat session or by email, you grant us temporary permission to view your computer screen and if need be, take control of your computer. You can then just sit back and relax as you watch our support staff solve your computer problems literally "before your eyes".
Telephone Support: This is available during normal office hours 09.00 - 17.00 hrs within the UK and, to take account of international time difference, at other times by prior arrangement.
Technical remote and telephone support are chargeable, but if your problem needs fixing urgently this can be a real "lifeline".
